Essential cookies
These support the features you request and stay enabled when you reject optional measurement. They are set by Lunchbreak on this site.
- lunchbreak_consent remembers your cookie preferences for 180 days (about six months). It stores the notice version, measurement choice, and expiry time, without a visitor identifier.
- lunchbreak_receipt lets you view your confirmation after submitting an assessment. It expires after 30 minutes.
- lunchbreak_staff keeps approved staff signed in to the review workspace. It expires after eight hours and is cleared on sign-out.
Optional anonymous measurement
With your permission, we count assessment starts, completed steps, and validation failures in daily totals. These events contain only an event name and step number, never your form answers or URL parameters. No separate analytics cookie, third-party analytics, advertising tracker, or session replay is installed.
Accept All enables this measurement. Customize lets you turn it on or off before saving. Reject All turns off optional measurement while keeping essential features available. Events skipped before you opt in are not replayed later.
Change your choice
Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time. Turning measurement off stops future events; it does not remove earlier anonymous totals. Your choice applies to this browser. We ask again when it expires, when you clear the cookie, or when the preference version changes.
Browser controls and other information
You can also clear or block cookies through your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent us from remembering your preferences, displaying submission confirmations, or keeping staff signed in. Form answers remain in page memory before submission and are not saved in browser storage.
