Submission terms.
Notice version 2026-09-10-v2
An inquiry, not an agreement to sell
Submitting the assessment form asks Lunchbreak to consider information about your company’s records and to follow up about possible suitability. It does not sell or transfer records, create a purchase commitment, or grant a broad license to use records for training or any other purpose.
Describe only what is appropriate to share
Use accurate, non-confidential descriptions to the best of your knowledge. Do not include raw records, credentials, personal customer information, regulated material, or details that you are restricted from disclosing. “Not sure” is an acceptable answer where offered.
Authority and third-party rights
State your relationship to the company and your authority honestly. If you need help determining authority, select that option. The request will require clarification. A checkbox does not verify ownership, employee or contributor rights, contractual restrictions, or the rights of other people represented in company records.
No guaranteed outcome
An inquiry may not result in an assessment or offer. Record categories shown in the form do not establish current buyer demand. Lunchbreak does not provide an automatic dollar valuation or promise acceptance, recurring revenue, a response deadline, or a payment timeline through this form.
Any next step requires its own scope
Actual file review, acquisition terms, permitted uses, rights, and transfer requirements must be separately agreed by the appropriate parties. Qualification in the internal review workflow means suitability for further assessment, not a commitment to buy.
Referral inquiries and the advertised maximum
The referral offer is up to $100,000 for qualifying introductions. This is a maximum, not a guaranteed payment. The actual amount, eligibility, treatment of existing relationships, and payment trigger must be agreed in writing before an introduction. Sending a partner inquiry does not create a fee entitlement or require either party to proceed.
Use your own contact details in the referral form. Any later introduction requires appropriate permission and must be consistent with professional obligations and agreed terms.
Follow-up and withdrawal
The contact details supplied may be used to clarify and respond to the inquiry. No marketing permission is included. You can ask to correct or withdraw the request through the operator’s published contact.
